1. 2026 Annual Congregational Meeting & Information Session

The 2026 Annual Congregational Meeting (ACM) will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2026, at 1:30 PM in person at the church. A light lunch will be provided.

Main ACM Agenda Items:

• Adoption of the 2026 Annual Report

• Adoption of the 2027 Budget

• Election of Congregational Council Officers for 2027–2029

• Appointment of the 2026 Auditor

2. 2027 Priorities and Focus

The Church Council has identified three priorities for 2027:

• Discipleship

• Next Generation: Children, Youth & Family Ministry

• Developing a Missional Church

3.  Mission Fund

The Thailand STM has an estimated surplus of $11,000. After supporting the Kelowna STM, the remaining funds will go to the Mission Fund. Any year-end surplus will be distributed to mission organizations supported through the church’s mission pledges.

Prayer Items:

• Church Leadership: Pray for the upcoming Council and Sub council elections. May God prepare the hearts of those called to serve and guide the congregation in choosing faithful leaders.

• Pastoral and Support Staff: Pray for the provision of an English Ministry pastor, a Cantonese Ministry pastor to serve youth and young families, and a caretaker to support the regular maintenance of our church facilities.
