2026 March Council Announcements

1. The Wayfinder proposal Information session and Q&A will be held in the church from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on March 31 (Tuesday) (Zoom live broadcast).  If you have any questions, please submit by1:15 p.m. on March 29.

2. A Special Congregational Meeting will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. to amend the 2026 fiscal budget, specifically the Building Fund income and expenses.
   

   Rationale for Special Congregational Meeting – 2026 Budget Amendment: 

   The Building Fund was established in 1994 as a separate fund designated for future church building purposes, with certain property-related income and expenses historically allocated to it in accordance with congregational approval. The proposed special congregational meeting is to amend the 2026 fiscal budget so that eligible expenses may be allocated to the Building Fund, in alignment with the fund’s original intent and prior practices.

3. Our Pastoral team will be attending the CALC annual convention and pastoral retreat held in Edmonton from April 17 to 19, 2026.
