10月份執事會報告:


1. 本年度會友大會將於2025年11月16日星期日下午1:30 在教會舉行, 有簡便午餐供應。


咨詢會：2025年11月9日星期日下午二時在教會舉行。

會友大會主要議程：

1） 通過接納2025年度報告

2） 通過接納2026年預算

3）2026-2028年執事選舉

4）委任2025年財務核數員


請弟兄姊妹禱告紀念並預留時間參加。


2. 教會秘書 - 感謝主的帶領，本會已聘請鍾家裕弟兄（Nelson Chung）自2025年10月28日至2026年1月31日擔任臨時教會秘書；感謝他的服事，我們仍繼續尋覓常職教會秘書，以支援各項行政事工。


3. 為教會禱告：

  • 會友大會, 執事選舉, 2026 財政預算

  • 英語事工聘牧– 求神在甄選過程中引導。

  • 各團隊（教牧、執事、事工領袖及弟兄姊妹）在靈裡合一，彼此接納、相交、相顧。

  • 求神帶領建堂的發展方向、可行性選項和相關討論



October 2025 Council announcements:

 

1. 2025 Annual Congregational meeting and Info Session :


This year’s ACM will be held on Sunday November 16, 2025 at 1:30pm, in-person. Light lunch will be provided.


Main Agenda Items – Annual Congregational Meeting

  1. Adoption of the 2025 Annual Report

  2. Adoption of the 2026 Budget

  3. Election of Officers for the 2026–2028 Congregational Council

  4. Appointment of the 2025 Auditor


An Information Session will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at 2:00 PM in preparation for the Annual Congregational Meeting. Attendance is available in-person or online via Zoom.   Zoom ID: 6043246110 PW: 4321


2. Church Secretary Update

We thank God for His guidance in appointing Nelson Chung as our temporary Church Secretary from October 28, 2025, to January 31, 2026; we are grateful for his service and continue to seek a permanent Church Secretary to support our church’s administrative needs.



3. Prayer Items:

  • Upcoming ACM, council candidates and 2026 budget

  • English Ministry Pastoral Search – Pray for God’s guidiance in the process.

  • Unity among all, the pastoral team, council and sub-councils, ministries

  • God’s guidance in the development of the new building, restarting discussions of feasibility options and new possibilities
